The last few years have left many of us reeling from the emotional pounding we have taken. My way of coping with this was to set up some random arpeggios and play with delay effects. I would mix the results and go for a walk. As they played, I would listen for the bits I liked and do more of it. I ended up with 5 versions of each track, the final versions make up this album.
